About Barton Court Grammar School

Barton Court Grammar school is a co-educational selective school drawing most of its students from Canterbury and the surrounding area. The school was designated as a Specialist Language College in September 2005. Since September 2007 the school has offered the International Baccalaureate (IB) in the sixth form instead of other courses. A number of students join the school in the sixth form from other local schools, in addition to approximately 25 students from other European countries.
