Background to the 11 Plus Exam in Warwickshire – East

There are three Grammar Schools in Warwickshire – East that children will need to take an 11 Plus Exam to get into.

Warwickshire – East 11 Plus Exam Format Details

At all three schools,  Ashlawn School, Lawrence Sheriff School and Rugby High School,  the exam is written by GL.

The GL 11 Plus exams have two papers which cover English and Verbal Reasoning and Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning/Spatial Reasoning. Each paper will be around 1 hour, however, this includes practice questions, so there will be more like 50 minutes of question answering in each paper.
