There are two Grammar Schools in London – Redbridge that children will need to take an 11 Plus Exam to get into.

London – Redbridge 11 Plus Exam Format Details

In London Redbridge the Grammar Schools have the same exam set by GL Assessment. The GL 11 Plus exams have two papers which cover the following topics:

  • Paper 1- This paper will focus on verbal skills. In this test we expect to see questions from GL’s 21 question type verbal reasoning question bank, some comprehension questions plus perhaps some further literacy questions from GL’s literacy question bank. This paper will be 45 minutes in length.
  • Paper 2- This paper will focus on numerical and non-verbal skills. Pupils can expect this to draw from GL’s maths question bank and from their non-verbal reasoning question bank. This paper will also be 45 minutes in length.
