11 Plus Maths papers written by the school/area.

Some areas and individual schools still do this (parts of Essex for instance). The important thing to remember is that these tests are NOT unusual in the sense that they won’t test a child on areas that are not in the syllabus so your preparation should be the same as for any other 11 Plus Maths test.

We would recommend that you carry out the same preparation as you would do for a GL/NFER test but then towards the end focus on how long the papers are going to be and whether they are multiple choice or not. It is worth doing some (even 1 or 2 will help) correctly formatted papers at the end of your preparation.
